Good informative post on the importance of mulitfunction printers to businesses who want to save money. I have been in the industry for a long time and feel that my client Sharp by far makes the best Multifunction Copiers and Multifunction Printers and are way ahead of the game.

This is an awesome list ! Many thanks for putting this together ! I would add a couple of things - TiddlyWiki for PIM / Wiki on a stick - I carry a USB stick with TiddlyWiki with me everywhere and it is awesome. I also use SMEStorage to back up my outlook & LinkedIN contacts to MobileMe. This enables me to get to all any archived contact from my iPhone without having to keep them in my current phone list which is a pain.
